If you concluded a contract with us as a consumer, you can declare withdrawal here within the statutory period. Business orders (Terms §1) have no statutory withdrawal right — but you can still use this form to reach us about an order. Submitting this form is an unambiguous withdrawal statement; you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email immediately.
