Accessibility statement

Our commitment
We sell accessibility audits, so this website has to meet the standard we test others against. We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549. Meeting WCAG does not by itself establish compliance with the European Accessibility Act or any other legislation, and we do not claim otherwise — for ourselves or for our customers.
Conformance status
This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most content conforms, with the exceptions listed below. This is our own assessment, most recently performed on 21 September 2026, covering the public pages, the logged-in account area, sample reports and all five language versions. It is not a formal conformance certification.
How this was assessed
This site is tested with our own product, in the same configuration our customers receive:
- automated testing of every public page against WCAG 2.1 AA, including keyboard navigation, form error handling, reflow at 320 pixels and text spacing
- manual review of the criteria that cannot be automated, using the same checklist we deliver to customers
- regression testing before each release, which reduces the risk that a code change introduces a new barrier
Known limitations
We would rather name these than let you discover them:
- Some report charts convey information visually. Every chart is accompanied by the same data as a table or text, which serves as its accessible alternative; the charts themselves are not individually described.
- Generated PDF reports are checked for structure and reading order, but have not undergone a full PDF/UA evaluation — an assessment limitation rather than a known failure.
- Our own text-spacing check reports content clipping on the sample technical report page when the WCAG 1.4.12 spacing overrides are applied (7 elements). We found this by auditing this website with our own product; a fix is queued, and this entry will be removed when it ships.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this website, please tell us — it is genuinely useful. We will investigate, explain what we intend to do, and prioritise a fix. Write to info@geta11y.com.
We aim to respond within five working days and to describe what we will do and by when.
Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the supervisory or market surveillance authority responsible for digital accessibility in your country. As a business-to-business service this website may fall outside consumer-facing accessibility regimes in some member states; we treat every complaint seriously regardless.
